At Pen Paradigm, we take particular pride in offering the majority of our fountain pens in New Old Stock (NOS) condition — unused examples preserved through the decades. Every pen undergoes a meticulous inspection by our team to ensure it meets the exacting standards our collectors expect.
Shipping Methods & Costs
We offer reliable shipping through DHL Express
For clients in Hong Kong, you may choose a convenient scheduled meetup or opt for same-day/scheduled courier delivery. We are pleased to offer shipping to selected international destinations. For these orders, please reach out to us directly via our social media channels to complete your purchase. All applicable shipping fees and insurance costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Customs and Taxes
Please note that regulations regarding certain products vary by country. Compliance depends on the specific laws applicable in your location. The recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may apply when the package arrives in your country.

Delivery Time
For clients in Hong Kong, you may choose a convenient scheduled meetup or opt for same-day/scheduled courier delivery. For international shipping, orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days (Monday–Friday). Delivery typically takes 2 days to major cities in Asia and 3–4 days to the rest of the world.

Eligibility
Returns are accepted solely for defects missed during our quality inspection process. Customer-caused damage (drops, misuse, etc.) is not eligible for return. Return shipping will be reimbursed only for approved defect-related returns.

If your pen arrives damaged or doesn't function properly, contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your item. For eligible returns, we will offer replacement, repair or refund based on the situation. Please provide photos of the issue and original packaging.

What Is Covered

Mechanical or functional defects, including (but not limited to): • Nib alignment or performance issues • Filling system malfunctions • Other operational failures present at delivery

Significant cosmetic imperfections not disclosed in the product description, photographs, or condition notes.
What Is Not Covered

Damage resulting from misuse, accident, or improper care (e.g., dropping the pen, use of corrosive or incompatible inks, incorrect cleaning methods)

Issues arising from repairs, modifications, or servicing performed by anyone other than our authorized team

Cosmetic wear, patina, or minor imperfections that were clearly described and/or photographed in the original listing
