Package arrived but items were damaged or missing?
In the unlikely event that your pen sustains damage during shipping, we will arrange a replacement of equal quality at no charge. Should the exact same model be unavailable, we will happily provide a full credit or refund. More details in the Shipping & Return Policies page
What are the delivery options
For clients in Hong Kong, you may choose a convenient scheduled meetup or opt for same-day courier delivery. For clients outside of Hong Kong, we offer shipping through DHL delivery services.
What is the warranty policy?
We stand behind every piece in our collection with a 1 month warranty covering imperfections that may have escaped our quality inspections.
