Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pen Paradigm website (penparadigm.com) and all purchases made through it. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Authenticity Guarantee

We are committed to selling only genuine, authentic fountain pens, inks, and accessories. All products offered on our website are sourced directly from authorized distributors, official brand partners, or verified primary suppliers. We do not sell grey-market, parallel-import, refurbished (unless explicitly stated as such), or counterfeit items. Every product is guaranteed to be 100% authentic as represented.
New pens from major luxury brands (including but not limited to Montblanc, Pilot, Sailor, Platinum, Pelikan, Visconti, Aurora, Leonardo, and others) are supplied complete with original packaging, documentation (where provided by the manufacturer), serial numbers (where applicable), and any included certificates or booklets.
We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. Should you have reasonable grounds to believe that a product received is not genuine (counterfeit or materially inauthentic), please contact us immediately at [info@penparadigm.com] within 14 days of receipt, providing clear photos, serial number details (if visible), and a description of your concerns.
Upon verification of a legitimate authenticity issue, we will arrange for return of the item at our expense (using tracked shipping). We will issue a full refund of the purchase price (including original shipping costs paid) or, at your preference and subject to availability, replace it with an identical authentic item.
Products and Availability
We offer luxury fountain pens, limited-edition models, and rare inks from prestigious brands. All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities without notice. Images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. Minor variations in color, finish, or materials may occur due to the handcrafted/artisanal nature of many luxury writing instruments.
Pricing and Payment
The main currency on the website is in HKD and excludes VAT/GST, as it is not applicable for Hong Kong. Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes do not affect confirmed orders. We accept credit cards via Stripe/PayPal, bank transfer for high-value orders, etc.]. All payments are processed securely.
Orders and Order Confirmation
Placing an item in your cart does not constitute an order. Your order is an offer to purchase. We accept your offer (and the contract is formed) only upon sending you an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order (e.g., pricing errors, suspected fraud, stock issues, or authenticity verification needs).
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping, Return and Refund
We ship worldwide using DHL. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Risk of loss/damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier (or upon handover to you for local pickup if offered). For international orders: You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and compliance with local laws. We are not liable for delays or seizures by customs authorities. Signature may be required for high-value shipments.
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery (date shown on carrier tracking). Returns are accepted solely for defects missed during our quality inspection process. Customer-caused damage (drops, misuse, etc.) is not eligible for return. Return shipping will be reimbursed only for approved defect-related returns.If your pen arrives damaged or doesn't function properly, contact us immediately within 7 days of receiving your item. For eligible returns, we will offer replacement, repair or refund based on the situation. Please provide photos of the issue and original packaging.

Warranty
This warranty applies exclusively to fountain pens purchased directly from [Pen Paradigm]. The coverage period is 2 weeks from the date of purchase (as shown on your invoice or proof of purchase).
Covered scope includes: mechanical or functional defects, including (but not limited to): Nib alignment or performance issues, filling system malfunctions, other operational failures present at delivery, and significant cosmetic imperfections not disclosed in the product description, photographs, or condition notes.
Covered scope does not include damage resulting from misuse, accident, or improper care (e.g., dropping the pen, use of corrosive or incompatible inks, incorrect cleaning methods), issues arising from repairs, modifications, or servicing performed by anyone other than our authorized team, and cosmetic wear, patina, or minor imperfections that were clearly described and/or photographed in the original listing
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages (lost profits, data loss, etc.).
Intellectual Property
Intellectual Property
All content on the site (photos, descriptions, logos, brand names) is our property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use it commercially without written permission. Trademarks of fountain pen brands remain their property.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (strikes, natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, etc.).
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong (or arbitration if you prefer a lower-conflict option). For EU/UK consumers: Mandatory local consumer protection laws apply and you may bring claims in your local courts.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
